Holy Instant is a small, quiet app, and there is a person behind it. If something is broken, confusing, or just not sitting right, You are welcome to write — there is no ticket queue and no bot, only a reply.
Reaching a person
Email matt@uxuiai.org. A note about what happened, and the device You saw it on, is plenty. Replies usually come within a couple of days.
A few quiet answers
Is it really free? Yes. There is no purchase, no subscription, and no account. It was made as an act of service.
Do I need to sign in? No. There is no sign-in and no account of any kind. Nothing about You is asked for or kept.
Where do my highlights and reflections live? On the device in Your hand. They are stored privately on the phone itself and are seen by no one but You.
What happens to what I say to Grace? When You send Grace a message, only that message and the passages of the Course needed to answer it are sent to be answered, kept no longer than it takes to reply, and never tied to Your name or identity. Grace speaks only from the Course.
Something looks wrong, or a passage seems off. Please write — the text of the Course matters, and a report of a typo or a broken screen is genuinely welcome.
Holy Instant keeps no account of You, and this page is the whole of its support: one open door, and a person on the other side of it.
